ISAI Terms of Use
1. Who we are and what this document covers
ISAI (Intelligent Storytelling AI) is a platform operated by Aeroplano Filmes Produções Artísticas Ltda., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 03.230.193/0001-65, Rua Gomes Carneiro 50, apt. 302, Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil ("Aeroplano", "ISAI", "we"). Contact for anything in these Terms: flipcorreio@gmail.com.
These Terms govern your ("User", "you") use of the platform at https://app.felipelacerda.com and any address that replaces it (the "Platform").
By creating an account, clicking "I accept" or using the Platform, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a production company or business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Access and cancellation
In practice:
a) Access is by invitation or approved sign-up and may be limited to a small number of users.
b) Features may change, be removed or have defects. There is no guarantee of continuous availability or response time.
c) You may cancel at any time, with no minimum term, and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of each charge, no questions asked. After those 7 days the current month is not refunded; cancellation takes effect for the following month.
d) We ask, with no obligation, that you report errors and odd results. That feedback helps us improve the Platform.
3. What ISAI does and does not do
3.1. ISAI is an editorial intelligence tool for people who edit documentaries and other works from recorded material: interview transcripts, scripts, treatments, research notes. In this first phase, the Platform works from the transcript you bring and does not transcribe audio or video. The Platform organizes that material, answers questions about it, identifies themes and characters and produces analyses that support the edit.
3.2. ISAI does not decide for you. Everything the Platform generates is input for your editorial judgment. It does not guarantee creative results, does not verify that you hold the rights to what you upload, does not provide legal or accounting services and does not create synthetic voice, image or speech of any person.
3.3. AI-generated results may contain errors, including quotes attributed to a person that are not exactly as spoken in the material. Before using any quote, name, date or fact from the Platform in a work, a cut or a communication, check it against the original source at the timecode indicated. The AI Transparency Policy explains how this works and what we are doing to reduce that risk.
4. Account
4.1. You must be 18 or older and work professionally in audiovisual production, or represent a company in the sector.
4.2. Access is through a Google account or a link sent to your email. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you suspect misuse, write to flipcorreio@gmail.com.
4.3. One account per person. Sharing with project colleagues only through the Platform's own feature for that, when available.
5. Your material is yours
5.1. Everything you upload ("User Material") remains yours or your production company's. ISAI acquires no rights in it.
5.2. So that we can provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process and analyze User Material solely to deliver the Platform's functions to you. The license ends when the material is deleted.
5.3. The results the Platform generates from your material ("Results") are yours to use as you wish. We claim no rights in them. Note that results produced by AI without human creative input may not be protected by copyright in some countries; on ISAI the tool analyzes and you decide, which preserves your authorship of the final work.
5.4. What ISAI commits not to do with your material: not use it to train or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's; not show it to other users; not use it in demos, marketing or advertising without your written permission; not have it read by our staff except at your request for support, by court order or legal obligation.
5.5. We may use aggregated, anonymized metadata (volume processed, most-used features, file types) to improve the service, provided neither you nor the content can be identified.
6. Project confidentiality and independent development
6.1. We treat each project as the User's confidential information. Accounts are isolated: no user can reach another user's material, and Platform administrators have no read access to projects in normal operation.
6.2. Aeroplano is also a film production company. To be clear: User Material and Results are never used, consulted or drawn upon by Aeroplano's production activity or by any project of its own. Operating the Platform is kept separate from producing films.
6.3. Ideas, themes, subjects, real people, narrative structures and approaches are not protected by copyright and may be developed independently by different people at the same time. By using the Platform you acknowledge that Aeroplano, its collaborators and other users may be developing, without any access to your material, works on subjects similar to yours, and that similarity of theme, subject or approach does not mean your material was used. ISAI keeps a technical record showing that your material never left your account, and that record can be produced if a question arises.
6.4. If you send us suggestions about the Platform ("Feedback"), we may use them freely to improve the product, without payment or credit. Feedback does not include your material or your Results, which remain yours.
7. Third-party technical services
To operate, the Platform uses third-party services that process data automatically, with no person reading the content: Anthropic (Claude language models, via API, United States), Supabase (sign-in and search, United States), Railway (hosting and project storage, United States), Google (Google sign-in), Asaas (payments, Brazil), OpenAI (meaning-based search; United States), Resend (Platform e-mails, United States) and Airtable (site forms, United States). If you connect your own Notion account to export results, Notion receives only what you export.
Anthropic's API terms prohibit using what we send to train its models. The full list, with each service's role, is in the Privacy Policy and is updated when it changes.
8. Plans, payment and cancellation
8.1. Plans and prices are on the Platform's pricing page. Prices may change; a price change applies to you only from the next renewal and with at least 30 days' notice.
8.2. Billing is monthly, in advance, renewed automatically, by PIX or card through Asaas. The service invoice is issued by Aeroplano. We do not store card data; Asaas holds it under its own rules.
8.3. Cancellation: at any time, on the Platform or by email to flipcorreio@gmail.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds: as in section 2c.
8.4. If a payment fails, we notify you and keep access open for 10 days. After that the account is suspended, and the material is kept for another 30 days so you can settle or export. After that period the material is deleted.
8.5. The editorial consulting packages (Dossier, Reading and Edit Suite) are governed by items 8.6 to 8.11 and, where one exists, by a separate contract, which prevails in case of conflict.
8.6. Payment: a consulting package is paid once, in full, by PIX or card, through an Asaas payment link, with no automatic renewal. The price is the one on the Consultoria page at the time of payment. Once payment is confirmed, you receive the project questionnaire, which is the next step.
8.7. Scope: as described for each package on the Consultoria page (Dossier: analysis of up to 10 hours of material, delivered within 5 business days; Reading: the Dossier plus two 1-hour conversations; Edit Suite: all of that plus weekly 1.5-hour sessions for 4 weeks). Deadlines run from receipt of the completed questionnaire and all the material. Material above the limit or outside the agreed format may require an additional fee or a new deadline, agreed beforehand.
8.8. Nature of the service: supporting editorial analysis, done with the professional opinion of Felipe Lacerda and the use of the Platform. It does not guarantee a creative result, approval by a fund, call or festival, or a sale of the work. The final decision about the work is always yours.
8.9. Confidentiality: material sent for consulting is confidential, handled under a confidentiality agreement, and read only by Felipe Lacerda and by anyone he names in writing with your consent. Item 6 also applies.
8.10. Withdrawal: if you withdraw within 7 calendar days of payment and before sending any material, we refund the full amount. Once work has started, we refund the portion corresponding to work not yet done. If consumer law gives you a greater right, the greater right applies.
8.11. Platform bonus: each package includes 1 month of access to the Platform, released to the e-mail used for payment, with no automatic renewal. To continue afterwards, you can simply buy a plan. The bonus is not separately refundable.
9. What is not allowed
By using the Platform you agree not to: upload material for which you lack the necessary rights, including releases from people appearing in the recordings where required; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; use Results to train third-party AI models; copy, reverse-engineer, extract or reproduce the Platform, its prompts, methodology or code; use the Platform to build or benchmark a competing product; deliberately overload the infrastructure; create fake accounts; resell or sublicense access.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1. You may close your account at any time. Material stays available for export for 30 days and is then permanently deleted. Export before closing; once deleted there is no recovery.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegality, non-payment or legal order. In serious cases suspension is immediate; otherwise we give 5 business days' notice and you may respond.
10.3. Termination does not cancel amounts owed for periods already used.
11. Liability
11.1. The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or that Results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
11.2. You alone are responsible for the material you upload, the rights to it and the use you make of Results, including checking quotes and facts before using them (section 3.3).
11.3. To the extent the law allows, ISAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data you did not export, or editorial decisions made on the basis of Results. ISAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
11.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for willful misconduct or rights that Brazilian consumer law does not allow to be waived, where that law applies to you.
11.5. You hold ISAI and Aeroplano harmless from third-party claims arising from the material you upload, from lacking rights or authorizations over it, or from your misuse of the Results, and you reimburse the costs and damages reasonably arising from them, where your responsibility is established.
11.6. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of third-party services (hosting, database, language model providers, payment provider), power or internet failure, acts of authority or force majeure.
11.7. Before any legal action, write to flipcorreio@gmail.com describing the problem. We will try to resolve it amicably for up to 30 days, without prejudice to your legal rights.
12. Ownership of the Platform
The Platform, its code, design, brand, methodology, prompts, interfaces and documentation belong to Aeroplano. These Terms give you only the right to use the Platform while your account is active.
Name and brand: "ISAI" is the current name of the Platform and may change; we will tell you when it does. These Terms give you no right over the names, logos or marks of the Platform or of Aeroplano. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your rights, write to flipcorreio@gmail.com identifying the content and the right; we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or on the Platform, and we ask for renewed acceptance. Wording adjustments that do not change rights take effect on publication. Each version has a number and date, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when.
14. General
14.1. Governing law: the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8,078/1990).
14.2. Venue: the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. If you qualify as a consumer under Brazilian law, the courts of your domicile apply.
14.3. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the AI Transparency Policy form the entire agreement between you and ISAI regarding use of the Platform.
14.4. If any clause is found invalid, the others remain in force.
14.5. Contact: flipcorreio@gmail.com.
14.6. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a corporate reorganization or a sale of the Platform's operation, keeping the protections for your material set out in these Terms.
